HPL Panels: Our custom panels are the best quality HPL panels in the market. No glue will be found on faces and free of any debris under the laminate. Mostly used in HPL brands are Nevamar, Pionite, Formica, and Wilsonart. But we also work with Abet Laminati, Arborite, Lamin-Art, Chemetal, InteriorArts, Decotone, and others. Typical cores used are particleboard, MDF, and plywood – up to 61” x 145” in size.

Light Weight Panels: When weight is an issue, we offer light weight cores using balsa plywood (ie. Banova), Think LightWeight products: Structa Light ™ Foam Light™

Custom Panel Components: We produce many different types of components using HPL, melamine, vinyl, and veneer for various industries. We can also embed inserts (T nuts) under the HPL laminate for best screw holding capability.
