Medical Components & Decorative Phenolic

Komponents manufactures various medical and veterinarian products using phenolic, ABS, Lexan®, and other sheet plastics.

Typical products produced are:

• X-ray tops
• Operating tables
• Accessories - arm boards, head holders, and leg supports.
• Bed parts

Other products using phenolic include keyboard trays for furniture, laboratory tops, cutting boards, and toilet partitions.

A big advantage we have over other materials (carbon fiber) is the ability for fast and less expensive prototyping and production

We use several different brands of phenolic including Norplex®, Trespa®, several other imported brands, as well as others.

CNC machined plastic parts can include thread tapping, countersinking, and counterboring.
